Trip to Phoenix, March 2001

I was lucky enough to get to go to Phoenix for a work conference in March. I was really dreading the heat, but it never got above 90 (it WAS March, after all), so it wasn't too bad. The conference was actually about 30 miles north of Phoenix, at an awesome resort. I had a good time, but didn't get to see any scorpions, snakes (except a dead one) or big spiders, despite the fact I went out and looked one day! Definately the BEST food I've ever had at a conference.

The back of the resort, at night. Too bad I didn't have a tripod. I felt nerdy enough carrying around my camera, while everyone else was drinking and carrying on.
